Pass an Executive Order to change any Vietnam Veteran that was dishonorably discharged to an administrative discharge.

Created by A.B. on January 27, 2014

Vietnam Veterans are in a tough position. There was no such diagnosis as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). It was not classified until 1980, partly as a result of studies of Vietnam Veterans!
As a result when they exhibited the behavior during and after the War in the 60's and 70's they were dishonorably discharged and removed from service.
Being dishonorably discharged means that they are not eligible for Veterans Benefits and cannot receive treatment for PTSD.
The President with a stroke of a Pen can correct this disservice to the Men and women who have made a tremendous sacrifice and are suffering every day as a result of their service to their country.
