Pass an executive order to ensure all have access to affordable housing including Veterans, families, and the disabled.

There are to many people in this country especailly those who have served our counry honorably and faitfully without homes Some who are facing the loss of a home due to foreclosure or who are renting and the landlord does not want to accomadate a disablitity or the participate in low income programs. The president should pass an order that offers a subsidy to landlords to make improvement for disablities, lower rents, attract vetrans, and a subsidy to allow for those who wish to rent to own their homes. This is an attractive idea that will allow homeownership to those who can not buy homes in the main market and allow landlords to be able to generate incomes off of properties that they have not been able to rent out.
