Right now we still do not have universal health care, unlike every other industrial nation. College costs are astronomical compared to other countries. Millions are unemployed and even homeless, and social security is constantly under threat. The middle class is dying.
FDR's proposal for a second bill of rights ( described here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second_Bill_of_Rights ) would establish our responsibility and our rights to healthcare, education, housing, employment, and social security, and help protect America's future and improve everyone's quality of life.
