We have been asked to find a solution to the mass killings that have recently taken place in schools and other places of public gathering. All of these massacres had one thing in common: each occurred in a gun-free zone. The people who commit these atrocities are not looking for a fight. They give up at the first sign of a challenge. That's why they target gun-free zones, where people are not legally allowed to defend themselves. Gun-free zones do nothing but disarm the innocent.
Our solution to these crimes is to place a Federal ban on all gun-free zones. This will rid the country of target-rich environments for active shooters. Signing this petition will show that you support the basic human right of self defense.
