Pass the Federal Law Enforcement Equality Act.

Created by D.C. on November 14, 2012

The Federal Law Enforcement Equality Act gives "ANY" Federal Law Enforcement Officer access to the same 20 year retirement and starting pay. Allowing for officers to move from one agency to another without the problem of missing age limits or losing pay. This will allow those officers that start as regular officers to eventually work their way into investigative positions if they pass the needed training and experience. Also, allows for level playing fields of pay, allowing agencies to be as competitive as other agencies.
