Pass a Federal Law that imposes a "Swift Death Penalty" to a person who uses ANY weapon "Offensively" to KILL or Injure

Pass a Federal Law that states: "The use of any weapon "Offensively" to KILL or INJURE anyone outside of Military Duty, shall subject the offender to a "SWIFT DEATH PENALTY" within 30 days if caught red-handed by undisputable facts, or by DNA. No appeals.They shall have the choice of: Gas, Injection, Bullet, or Hanging. The costs would be kept at a minimum. ie: injections would be done with a reused needle, and Hangings can be held at the Local Town Square.
Tickets may be sold at the Town Hall for front row seats. Vendors shall be allowed to sell their hotdogs, and cotton candy, benefitting the victim or families, and a portion used for cleanup. This is what is called a DETERRENT. And, if they choose to ignore it, they will expose themselves to the PUNISHMENT! We don't need any other laws"
