We believe that now is the time for the federal government to pass a nation wide law making animal abuse a felony for any offender.
Abusing animals for the entertainment of others is gutless and cowardess move on the part of the heartless people who have no compassion for that of innocent animals that are family members for most.
We believe that anyone who abuses animals should spend atleast 1 year in prison at minimum and the severity increases as the abuse increases. This law would also apply to the way national meat and egg and dairy farms treat the animals they kill and or milk.
