Americans need vacation time, we need this time to spend with our friends and family. We can't continue to work over and over again without federal protection and federally mandated minimum vacation standards for all employers.
Other countries people take up months off from work and have full protections when they have children and or medical needs. We are the only country that does not protect it's citizens and ensures a minimum vacation standard is adhered across the nation.
