I am asking for an form of waiver that will reunite American families by bringing back the fathers of Americans who are deported.
I am a father of 5 American born Children (by birth), and a Husband of an American born wife by birth who is Deported for overstaying a visa (with no criminal records, had been good to my community... ). My family is being torn apart (daddy is away and there is no body to help financially). We have been waiting a visa Petition to be Approved by the U.S.C.I.S. for almost 10 years. I was ordered deported. I will have to file for a waiver of inadmissible to come back (hoping that it will be granted...that is after the Petition is granted).
I am also asking for a reform that will set up a system that grants benefits to those people such as me who are qualified.
