President Obama has passed previous Harp programs. It is now time to pass Harp 3 which will also help all the other consumers who have loans that are not backed by Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae. I have read countless responses from others with the similar situation that I am in. It is fine time that the government look at helping those consumers that have diligently continued to pay their mortgage without missing a monthly payment. We, too, would like some relief by getting the opportunity to take advantage of a lower interest rate.
