Putting HARP 3.0 at the top of governments priority list and getting it passed will further stimulate our economy. HARP 2.0 allowed more homeowners to retain their home by a number of a qualification and timeline adjustments. HARP 3.0 will extend these refinance options to non government backed loans further assisting the remaining homeowners that have weathered the housing storm. Responsible homeowners that have not walked away from their loans and upheld contract deserve the same assistance that government backed loan holders have already received. When it comes down to it, keeping families healthy via home ownership has proven to enhance quality of life through the US.
