It is time we as American stood up for the victims of sexually based crimes in this country. Rape culture in America is increasing more and more, and the laws we have in place to punish those who commit such heinous acts, are not good enough. Sex offenders do not deserve to be a part of this society and one offense is ONE TOO MANY. They need to be jailed for life, the first time!
