Anyone that was stationed, served, or worked at Ft McClellan has been exposed to PCB's. Monsanto Corp knowingly dumped these toxins into the creeks out of there Annistan Al facility. The city sued winning 700 million in damages. Since Ft McClellan is government property, it was not acknowledged. This bill will help those that have suffered from there blatant disregard for the environment and life. The factory has since been sold, and cleanup is a ongoing process. Ft McClellan closed in 1999.
