This bill would provide 2.2 million jobs to out of work Americans in construction, education, health care, and public safety. The money to do this would come from revenue generated by closing tax loopholes that corporate America uses to avoid paying taxes, and by letting the bush-era tax cuts expire so that higher income Americans will pay their fair share of taxes.
