PASS HR 35 and HR 3199 and remove the firearms limitations on Teachers and Veterans to carry firearms in our schools!

I agree with Gun Owners of America that it is time for the House of Representatives to take up HR 35 and HR 3199, two bills that would make Americans much, much safer! And for that reason, I sign my name to this petition * HR 35, which would repeal the gun ban that keeps teachers and school administrators defenseless. * And HR 3199, which would repeal the ban that keeps servicemen defenseless on military bases. Moreover, why does Congress continue to ignore the 80% of police officers who, according to a PoliceOne.com survey, favor "arming teachers and/or school administrators" who volunteer to carry at their schools? If these teachers were armed both teachers and student might be alive today.
