Pass HR.499 to Decriminalize Marijuana for Medical Use

Created by W.P. on August 22, 2013

Medical Marijuana is a derivative in a tablet form without the hallucinogenic THC which is why Cannabis is outlawed in the first place. Subtract the THC and you have a viable treatment for a number of illnesses and disorders. For sufferers of Dravet Syndrome [a Severe form of Epliepsy afflicting children] it reduces the incident of seizures exponentially, providing them with a quality of life otherwise unobtainable.

Pass House Resolution 499 which will decriminalize marijuana and further access Medical Marijuana to those who need it, rather than go to California only to get busted elsewhere for trafficking a controlled substance, when all one wants to do is do the best for their child.
