The proposal in question asserts that the internet is wholly an unrecognized institution that gains more profits and revenue then any physical land or resource. As such, for the purpose of paying off the national deficit, improving society without going over state budget, and lowering the monopoly certain websites hold over the internet. It is implored we consider an internet tax.
This internet tax would charge a monthly fee of one cent per unique IP address that visits a website. This tax would be unenforced by websites that cannot generate more then five dollars a month, or more then sixty dollars a year.
