Isaac Sims was a 26 year old son, husband, brother, and amazing kid who served 2 tours in Iraq. He came back and developed PTSD and begged and sought for help because he was having flashbacks from the war and had been turned away from VA the day before he was killed by KCPD whilst having a PTSD flashback. This could be your child President Obama. If it was would you do something then? Why is there 200+ signatures to help save polar bears or help pass road laws but this law is about someone, a HERO'S life that was taken so suddenly?
