Parents whom utilize "daycare facilities" would receive adequate services at "minimum wages" working with the low-income and blue collar employees. Specifically catering to single and military parents/grandparents and families. Charges for daycare would be a stanard fee at all facilities, not based on income levels but considerate of employees who are on fixed incomes. Also, major corporations would build more daycare facilities at the place of employment to accomodate their working parents, giving them more security. Daycare facilities should also have in-house nursing staff available for bearly-sick children.
