Whereas the Judicial and Executive branches of the Federal Govt. have not been able to pass a balanced budget and, whereas a deficit budget is not in the best interests of the United States of America we the people of the United States of America petition our elected officials to pass a Balanced Budget Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
