If guns and bullets must be manufactured and purchased by gun dealers, citizens or criminals, WHY NOT MANUFACTURE ONLY (SMART or SENSOR) GUNS and BULLETS THAT CAN ONLY BE "ACTIVATED" or "DEACTIVATED" by Law Enforcement on Firing Ranges, at Police Stations, or on Military Bases??? (NOTE: In this way the right to purchase weapons will not be violated, NRA will be happy; and gun dealers, citizens, or criminals may be able to legally or illegally purchase guns(s) but cannot fire them without the help of law enforcement) :)
