This proposed bill would put in place a law that says that if Congress is incapable of doing their job they will lose their job.
If the government shuts down because the members of Congress are unable to work together or come to a willing compromise between BOTH parties then ALL members of Congress will be removed pending emergency elections in every district.
And not only will they be required to step down, they will not be allowed to run for re-election to the Senate OR the House of Representatives for a minimum of 10 years.
