Pass a law that if you work at or for the government especially congress to get drug tested just like any other american

I would like to petition the Obama administration to pass a law before he gets out of office that if you work at or for the government especially Congress to take a hair folical drug test just like any other american needs to at his or her job.and just like we the people need to do that for receiving government assistance I feel that Congress needs to do the same thing since they are actually dealing with real topics that mater in this world and make important decisions as well.and I am aware that people have seen the news recently about people that have been running or are going to run have got caught buying or doing drugs yet they apologize say a few words and still have there jobs and get paid a good amount of money.so people please help pass this petition it is us that have the power 2
