Pass a law: As long as the prominent flag flown is the US Flag, no HOA or organization shall limit the right of an individual from flying said flag in accordance with established flag handling standards.
This is America! to many have died and have given up to much for anyone to tell any Individual they can not fly this Flag on American soil.
