pass a law to make ALL anti-abortion and 'personhood' legislation illegal, and punishable by law.

Roe vs. Wade has long since been declared legal by the Supreme Court. Yet individual states persist in passing, or attempting to pass, legislation to flout federal law in this matter. Both time and tax money are being wasted in the effort to penalize women, for wanting birth control, for NOT wanting to be pregnant every year, and for having sex in general.
Unless or until all legislation to regulate a women's pregnancy ALSO includes strict penalties for the MAN involved as well, this type of legislation should be declared illegal, and punishable by fines and jail time.
Some states are currently trying to pass legislation, or HAVE passed legislation, that would result in jail time for women who use certain types of birth control to prevent pregnancy, have a legal abortion, or miscarry.
