Pass a law that makes the mother to put the fathers name on the birth certificate

There has been a rise in mothers that refuse to put the fathers names on the birth certificate. When the mother doesn't put the fathers name on the birth certificate it can cause emotional damage to the child. If the mother is required to put the fathers name on the birth certificate then it can help with medical records when the child is older and the mother may not remember any information about the father and then the fathers family history of diseases is lost and can risk his or her life. If the fathers medical records are lost then the doctors have to do painful and expensive medical tests. also is the fathers name is required on the records then there is a possibility of a decrease of teen pregnancies because the father would have to pay child support.
