Pass a law making it mandatory for all laws that Congress passes (or has passed) will apply to members of Congress as well. Especially the Affordable Care Act (nobamacare). There will be no exceptions for Unions or other special interest buddies of the President. If Congress passes a law then it applies to all members of Congress as well. They are not elite kings and we are not their slaves.
