A law must be passed to keep shopping centers and large stores being prohibited to remain open on Thanksgiving (for early black friday) and major family holidays like Easter and Christmas in order to give hard working retailers a day off to spend with family and friends.
Most department stores and many malls are now open on Thanksgiving evenings for 'Black Friday' in order to compete. Greedy corporates should respect their retail workers' and stop forcing them to leave their important family holiday so they have to work!
Keep major family holidays a day of rest from work!
