Pass a law for paid maternity leave even before delivery and job security for every woman even self employed ones.

Paid maternity leave for every woman for every child. It's a shame to have woman go in labor or break their water at work. Our babies needs us to be there for them for the first few months of their lives without having to worry on how we are going to pay for next few months bills or where the money to buy diapers and formula will come from if mommy doesn't hurry back to work. Mother with multiple children are forced to go back to work even earlier due to the expenses of a newborn. Also to not have to worry about her job being securely there when she is ready to return to work. Have the possibility to have a schedule adjustment until the child turns one. So mothers can be home at a reasonable time with their babies. Dads should have the choice too, same for self employed parents.
