We the people deserve an equal chance at the American dream, which as we all know means an equal paycheck. Pay rates are already regulated by the federal government in forms such as minimum wage. All that is asked is that a law be passed on a national level ensuring women be paid the same as men, for the same work. Equal work, equal pay. Employers are not allowed to discriminate due to race, religion or age, so why are women the exception to equality?
