Pass a law that people who have felonies or misdemeanors, should not be passed upon for jobs that they qualify for.

The unemployment rate will only get worse if any administration doesn't do something about police departments having to meet quotas by arresting the youths and then they have nothing to fall back on, after serving time in jails. Change the policies on hiring people with felonies and misdemeanors and see how the unemployment rate drops dramatically. Do this before the Romney team does it and takes credit for it.
