Pass a law protecting intellectual property created by people using social media from corporations/ for-profit entities

We would like a law to be passed that bans corporations or any other for-profit entities from using catchphrases or general media [video clips, sound bytes, etc] created by users of social media in marketing or other campaigns without fairly compensating the creator.
