When the internet began, there were a huge number of internet providers that gave consumers choice on their speed and price for internet access.
Now there are only a handful of choices for consumers in any location. These choices now hold a form of monopoly over consumers. Charging extraordinary prices without giving any options to consumers for cheaper rates at higher speeds.
It is time consumers have protection against price gauging like this. Time We the People have the voice and not special interest lobbiest.
