Military Veterans served or are serving their country, protecting our rights and freedoms. Doing whatever is asked of us. We performed our duty with honor and courage and with the promise from our country to grant us certain benefits for our service. In 2013 Congress voted to cut these benefits for whatever reason and in turn sparked a controversy. After an outcry from WE THE PEOPLE, congress did the right thing and reversed the spending cuts to veterans benefits.
We veterans have EARNED every one of the benefits we receive and it is very disrespectful to those have served and are serving and especially for every solider, sailor and airman that his fought and died in the wars their country has asked them to fight.
We asked that congress protect our benefits from now and forever.
