Pass a law that requires the government to cap National Debt with no exceptions!

With our country well past 17 trillion in debt, we are heading toward a national bankruptcy. This works out to be about $8,860 per person. This debt does not include the lack of funding of entitlement programs and social security. Stop the madness before the currency has to be revalued!
