pass a law that requires persons over the age of 60 to take a driven test every time they renew their drivers license.

Created by N.H. on April 12, 2013

elderly drivers cause more than 31% of all accidents in the U.S. either directly or indirectly due to their slow reflexes and poor vision. when an 87 year old pulls out into traffic gets hit and then drives up on the sidewalk and kills a 53 year old and her 3 grandchildren 2-3-5 who were walking home from McDonald. it's time to take away the license. you have to take a driven test to get your license in the first place you should have to take one continuously when you get older to protect the public. yes its an inconvenience to them. but its an even bigger inconvenience when they cause an accident that kills or maims an innocent person.
