Pass a Law requiring all guns sold in the U.S. to be bio-metrically synced to the owner.

Ok, I really think i have a good plan to reduce the gun violence in America.
Here's what i'm thinking.
Instead of attempting to ban the present making of assault rifles (there's like 5 mil in the population anyway...that ship has kinda sailed.)
or
making the possession of assault rifles illegal (I'm from the south. Born and raised. Their not bluffing. you will have to pry there guns from there cold dead fingers. At best you will just create another "war on drugs". At worst a civil war.).
Lets make a Law requiring all guns sold in the U.S to have the new biometric handles that they are introducing into law enforcement. Guns might cost a little more, but that would ensure no child or crook got your gun away from you. Then run programs to convert those in population.
