Pass a law requiring all media outlets on the internet to close caption all videos for the hearing impaired.

Its not fair that while laws have been passed to assure a certain percentage of programing should be captioned, The Internet has been totally ignored. Netflix and Hulu are the only services that include any captioning in their streaming choices, and those are greatly limited. We need services like vudu, cinema now, etc to also be required to have some way for the deaf to stream captioned videos.
