Pass a law requiring all schools in the tornado belt to have bunkers available for students and teachers.

In the wake of the tornado in Oklahoma that hit on 5/20/2013 the realization that schools in Tornado Alley do not have safe locations to protect their students has become glaring obvious. Parents send their children to schools with the expectation that those in charge are keeping their children safe. In an area with such high risk of tornadoes each school should be equipped with an underground bunker to protect those in their care.
