Pass a law requiring Banks and Credit Card Companies to lower their NON Default interest rates to below 14%.

Created by R.T. on January 19, 2013

We the people bailed out the banks. They are taking advantage of the system by charging such high rates. The one thing the new regulations did not address is rates banks and credit card companies could charge good customers. The NON default rate should be below 14%, not the 22.9 and some times higher they charge now.
