This is a petition for equality in penalties for acts by law enforcement that would be considered criminal as a civilian, if a shooting is ruled unjustified, if property is seized that is ruled an unlawful seizure, or if a domicile is raided unlawfully, there should be criminal charges filed to prevent repeat occurrences, and to promote an atmosphere of fairness and equality, as well as preserve the rights of citizens.
