Pass a law requiring a more thorough examination of an officer's understanding of law before enabling them to enforce.

Created by K.S. on August 13, 2015

There are too many instances lately of Police and Judges alike over-stepping their authority either out of hate, disrespect or just plain ignorance of the law. These are the same people that are supposed to enforce and interpret the law, yet many are showing very skewed or just not showing any understanding of the law at all. We need a more thorough examination of how well they can interpret written law, and in Officer's case, a better determining stress test, and potentially psychiatric evaluation, before allowing them out into the public to enforce the law. I believe we should also have a third party evaluate all reports done on injustices from law enforcement, so as not to allow these repeat offenders to get by so easily when they've displayed characteristics unfit for law enforcement.
