A Law should be passed that shall restrict and ban the importation, exportation, and captivity of animals, marine or land that are deemed dangerous and hazardous for human contact. Furthermore, any animal that is in captivity shall be kept at a minimal safe distance from humans and that animal captivity shall only be limited to zoological and marine research/viewing, not entertainment.
In recent events, animal species, such as Killer Whales, have been in captivity and used in advantage for the purpose of entertainment and profits. This needs to end.
Animals who are deemed to dangerous for captivity meets the requirements that:
-The animal species has previously caused harm to humans
-The animal species is used for entertainment
-& the animal isn't used for research and study.
