Pass a law restricting judges from not sending people to jail on the grounds of having affluenza.

Twice in the past 4 months judges have let people off with probation for serious crimes because the judges believed that the criminals would not do well in jail based on the fact that they had been too rich and accustomed to a certain lifestyle their whole life. Whether or not the judges believed this or they were bribed does not matter, because this is an invalid judgement. Justice is supposed to blind, not blind, deaf, and dumb. For democracy and justice to prevail in the USA, judges must hand down sentences regardless of gender, race, or net worth. Please pass a law - retroactive, if possible - that makes it illegal for judges or lawyers to use such an argument in sentencing.
