Passage of "The Grandfather Plan 2012" into law will provide solutions for the following national problems: the National Debt, funding for Social Security and Medicare, funding for Welfare, Medicaid, and Unemployment Benefits, funding for Defense, an Unfair Tax System, Illegal Immigration, and eleven other areas of national concern.
