All persons in, seeking or campaining for public office must use 100% factual information when doing so.
Once in public office they must use 100% factual information when lobbying for any cause or law.
This would apply to ALL levels of Goverment and any elected position.
This would apply to ANY/ALL political parties or lobbyist groups.
No information used (typed, spoken or otherwise) can be misleading, misinforming, false or in any way dishonest.
If any person, lobbyist, political party, advertising company working on behalf of a campaign or campaigning on its own on behalf for a person, party or cause fails to do so they can and will be fined, and/or imprisoned in a federal prison and banned from any/all involvement in campaining for a person, party or cause forever.
