Pass a law stating that no status of limitation exist for military criminal conduct and sexual abuse/harassment.

Created by S.C. on July 26, 2015

When I was in the Women Army Corp I was sexually assaulted by my army instructor which resulted in an abortion. (I was a virgin). In 2003 in Iraq I was sexually assaulted and the later the Major assaulted me in front of many officers with a deadly weapon. Though many witnessed the incident no one did a thing. When I got back from Iraq I told the Command Sergeant Major who did not believe me. I was put on the house arrest and my life became a living hell. After years fighting with the Veteran Administration to give me a PTSD disability as well as other disability for different injuries that I got in Iraq to no avail, I decided to write congress. The only person who answered was Ted Kennedy. In my medical board I was told that I was denied because I have never told anyone about this trauma.
