Government assistance is designed to help people in need get back on their feet. It is not designed to be a way of life. If some one has been on Government assistance for more than 2 years they should not be allowed to vote. Their vote has essentially been bought. They will consistantly vote for the person who is going to put money in their pockets. Of course some exceptions could be medical disabilties etc.
