Pass a law to terminate appointed/elected officials who use the 5th Amendment and to give a minimum fine of $250k USD.

To pass a law to protect the people from delayed oversight committee hearings, impeeding justice to the American people. Over the last few years there has been no justice to the people and all we want is the truth and a faster process. Benghazi, IRS, the VA clinics, the lack of transparency, Eric Holder, and others involved that have repeatedly refused to either provide information or answer simple direct answers. This is costly and a complete waste of taxpayers money. So I am petitioning this only to ensure the american people the truth as soon as it can be available without delays. Also, to those who refuse to provide needed information will all be subjected to a fine of $25k USD for every 14 days delayed.
