Pass a law which requires Congress and the President to achieve a balanced budget each year.

Congress and the President have a responsibility to all current and future Americans to balance the budget each and every year so we are not passing a large burdensome debt to future generations of Americans. The current spiraling debt is uncontrolled and unstainable. It undermines our position in the world and is overshadowing our economy and must be corrected. By requiring a yearly rebalance, it effectively keeps spending and taxes in control with each other on a continuous basis.
